CAS Constructors, LLC, is an award winning, water/wastewater treatment construction company founded in 1985 and acquired by Alberici Corporation in 2012. The Topeka office is seeking Project Managers .
 
Responsibilities
The Project Manager is responsible for managing and constructing major projects in a fashion consistent with CAS values, policies and procedures. Project safety, client satisfaction and financial performance are all part of the Project Manager's responsibility.
 
Qualifications
Qualified candidates will have a Bachelor's degree related to the construction industry, a minimum of 5 years' experience and exposure to projects in excess of $20 million. Equivalent experience can substitute for education. CAS offers a competitive compensation/benefit package and growth potential.

Seeking a Project Administrator/Site Clerk for the Emporia, Kansas project.

The project administrator will provide general office support and services to Project Managers, Directors and Superintendents; and ensure proper project documentation is complete, relative to project requirements.
 
Responsibilities will include assisting with document control, data entry of submittals and RFI's, maintaining project spreadsheets, write letters, prepare transmittals, create reports, file, distribute forms and other correspondence and other requested tasks.
 
Payroll support and general administrative duties are also required of this position.
 
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Advanced skills in MicroSoft Word and Excel
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, attention to detail
  • Good written and oral communication skills
  • Initiative
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast paced environment

Construction administrative support experience preferred.
