40 Years of Excellence, Community Impact, and Employee-Driven Success

TOPEKA, Kan. — For four decades, CAS Constructors (CAS), headquartered in Topeka, has improved water infrastructure across Kansas as well as Missouri, Iowa, Nebraska, Oklahoma and Colorado. Specializing in water and wastewater treatment facilities, CAS’s work has enhanced water quality for nearly half of Kansas residents.

Guests gather at CAS Constructor’s headquarters in Topeka, Kansas to celebrate their 40th anniversary.

“As we celebrate 40 years in Topeka, we’re proud of our local roots and partnership with Alberici Constructors,” said Travis Stryker, president of CAS and son of founder Charles A. Stryker. Since joining Alberici in 2012, CAS has strengthened its commitment to modernizing critical infrastructure and ensuring sustainable water solutions.

CAS’s success is driven by its people. “Our employees are our greatest asset,” said Stryker. Many team members have over 15 years of service, supported by a strong safety culture, career development, and leadership training.

Beyond construction, CAS fosters community involvement, supporting non-profit organizations where employees live, work and play. The company’s local expertise, backed by Alberici’s national resources, delivers exceptional results tailored to client needs.

“As we mark this milestone, we thank our clients, employees, and partners for their trust and support. We look forward to continuing our legacy of excellence, integrity, and community impact.”
